The thirty-second edition of the Shooting competitions in Iran, focusing on air weapons, was held after a four-year hiatus on December 8, 2023, at the shooting site of the Azadi Sports Complex. The support from the Tourism Financial Group and Mahan Industries and Mines Development Company played a crucial role in reviving these competitions and making their reorganization possible after years of hiatus. The participation of 70 athletes in the air rifle category and 90 athletes in the air pistol category from 23 and 30 provinces, respectively, demonstrated the shooting community's enthusiasm for these competitions.
